A Brief Overview
The orchestra takes the sound of the cello beyond classical limits,
It is Türkiye's first cello pop music orchestra.
Founded in 2023 as a unique ensemble consisting solely of cellos, the orchestra has grown over time to incorporate diverse musical backgrounds.
Today, CelloStones has a polyphonic orchestral structure where cellos are at the center, but enriched with saxophone, electric guitar, bass guitar, drums, percussion, and vocals.
In the new season, the company aims to further expand its infrastructure, increasing the variety of its stages and musical depth.
Our orchestra brings together artists with a professional interest in music, as well as participants from diverse fields—from engineers and educators to academics and white-collar professionals—playing a variety of instruments.
This diverse human resource,
Our energy on stage and our creative soundscape make us unique.
CelloStones, which provides opportunities for young talents from the age of 10, supports young people in gaining stage experience and continuing their musical journey with inspiration.
Each performance is a musical journey presenting contemporary popular music with original arrangements.
On stage, the audience experiences both the joy of playing together and the emotional depth of the cello.
Because we see the cello not just as an instrument, but as a form of expression.
And we are addressing music from a broad perspective, with people of all ages and professions.

Born in 2003, Yunus Emre Atasoy began his musical journey at the age of 5 with piano lessons. He was introduced to the stage at an early age through musical theatre projects in which he performed with Ayla Algan in the Koroporte Ensemble. He won first place in the entrance exam for the Music Department of Başakşehir Fine Arts High School, where he discovered the cello and took his first steps in developing his skills in this field.
A major turning point in her cello education was crossing paths with Ebru Tezcan Ketenci. Starting just 1.5 months before the conservatory entrance exams, she worked intensively with Ketenci one-on-one every day, and won a place in the Part-Time Cello Department of Istanbul University State Conservatory with a score of 95/100. During the same period, she transferred to and graduated from Istanbul Avni Akyol Fine Arts High School.
While a conservatory student, Atasoy served as an assistant instructor and chamber music conductor at the Cello Camp, where he continues to actively teach.
